What is CrossFit?

What if I have an injury?

CrossFit can be adapted to accommodate various injuries, and our experienced coaches are skilled at providing modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout tailored to your specific needs. Our priority is your well-being, and we're here to support your fitness journey with a focus on injury prevention and recovery.

What happens at my Free Trial?

During your free trial session, you'll experience a taste of the diverse and dynamic workouts that define CrossFit. Our expert coaches will introduce you to fundamental movements, assess your fitness level, and discuss your goals. It's an opportunity to immerse yourself in our supportive community, get a feel for our training environment, and receive personalised guidance to kickstart your fitness journey.

Am I too old/ unfit for CrossFit?

Absolutely not! CrossFit is designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Our inclusive and supportive community is committed to helping you progress at your own pace, tailoring workouts to your unique abilities and goals. Are there classes for recent mums?

Yes there are, it's called Make Mom Strong and its based out of our Tooting gym. This fitness and strength programme is specifically designed for mums who are either new to fitness or looking to increase their strength and fitness after the arrival of their little one. With a focus on gradual progression and personalised guidance, it aims to assist mothers in building strength and overall well-being during this transformative phase of motherhood. Can I cancel my membership if I don't want to continue?

Yes- you can cancel you membership at any time if you don't want to continue with Streatham CrossFit. This happens occasionally and we'll never pressure you to stay. Contact us by email if you'd like to cancel.
